History
Camino Asia Pte. Ltd. ("Camino"), was conceived in the hearts of the co-founders in 1993 when they each desired to set up a full-service firm to provide top value to corporations globally and contribute to society by nurturing and developing talent. The concept gradually matured and took concrete shape in the subsequent years when the co-founders, through their own career trajectories and life journeys, reached a stage of inevitability about giving birth to an organization. The vision and the need to build a flourishing business model in executive search, recruitment and consulting took them to the heart of the emerging market place in the world.
During the next decade the necessary building blocks were created, and brought together to form what is called Camino Asia Pte. Ltd (“Camino”). Camino was incorporated on April 22, 2005 in Singapore, the ideal gateway to Asia and renowned for its stability, integrity and growth opportunities.
Camino is committed to contributing to its wider community and society at large by launching and sustaining innovative leadership training and discernment camps for students and young graduates.
Management
Cappello Henry: Director. Henry has over 32 years of diverse experience and has played different roles globally, including in the Oil & Gas industry, Community Development and Lecturer to various institutes in China. His career spans across a wide spectrum of organizations and countries. He was HR Director for Mediterranean Oil Field Services Company and OSCO, co-founder of ICPE, President of Youth Arise International, President of Partnership4China, and Presiding Elder of the City of Joy Community. Henry is happily married, has 3 children, and resides in Washington DC.
Joseph Santhosh : Director. Santhosh has more than 17 years of experience in various strategic positions in the executive search and recruitment industry including incorporating and establishing six successful offices in five countries. Santhosh is a specialist in executive search and consulting, having made top placements in niche industries. He also has the special talent of a generalist with a macro vision when it comes to different aspects involved in setting up entry strategies, placing the building blocks and operating a business, including marketing, sales, trading, executive recruitment, and recruitment process outsourcing. He has played various key roles such as heading the operations in the role of CEO of Ma Foi Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, owned by the 3rd largest staffing company in the world, Vedior N V. He was based in Singapore over the last 5 years and set up the Information Technology and Oil & Gas recruitment practices, along with business process outsourcing operations and expansion in the Asian region. Santhosh set up and successfully drove operations in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and Thailand. Santhosh has served as Director of Board of Directors in companies within Singapore, Malaysia and India. He is also an active member of Legatus, Chicago Chapter, CII and TiE Chicago Chapter. Santhosh has been invited as guest speaker at various business forums globally, including the ASEAN Business Summit, ASEAN CEO Forum and numerous conferences in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Santhosh has specialized in Human Resource Management from Madras University, is happily married and has three children. Santhosh has been traveling extensively to build and promote Camino globally, including living in Chicago.
Sunny Manoj Director. Manoj is an Executive Director of Ark Power Controls, co-founded by him. Manoj has traveled extensively as a consultant and strategic leadership guide and mentor for various youth organizations and development centers globally. Manoj, as Chairman, heads one of the largest and diverse youth organizations in the world which comprises of at least five thousand young professionals in more than fifteen countries. Manoj is also an Executive Director – Youth Arise International, for the Central Asian region. An electrical engineer by profession, he was the National Rifle shooting champion in India. Manoj is happily married, has two children, resides in India.
